In 2014, Paradise Diner opened up in Prairie Fire Complex in Overland Park, KS. I was tasked with capturing images of their food and drink menu for social media. They had a fun, funky aesthetic, and an amazing wine selection.

Unfortunately, the diner is no longer around, but I do recommend checking out Prairie Fire if you’re ever at 135th in OP/Leawood.
